So, This is the Power of Kudyapi of Distortion

0

Well, now I've reach level 55. I'm going to experiment using Kudyapi of Distortion now. See my stats before and after equipping this gear:

I'm choosing to boost attack power with my Kudyapi, with the consequent starpower (affected skill point) decrease greatly. It's current stats with 84% effective will give me:

  • Power Rating: 332.64
  • Starpower: 94.08
  • Atk Random: 211,68
  • Splash Atk (3): 57.96

Is it worthy? I think it's not right now. Just see the different of Power Rating between the gear: 336 vs 332. The Golden Axe is better at level 55. Maybe if I level up once more, Kudyapi is better than Golden Axe. But I will stick with my new Kudyapi from now on because it deal huge damage to the enemy.

The question about high level equipment later is:

  • What you after? Starpower or another stats (atk power, buff band, crowd boost, etc)?
  • What pro/cons about that?
See ya on next Rock'in Article...

My Current Level now is 54!

0

I've reach level 54 now. Let see my profile:

At my current level, Golden Axe it still the best gear I can equip. I don't really know if I change my gear to Kudyapi of Distortion at level 55. Do you know which the best? Later I'll buy it and do a little experiment about it. Now I'm still grind Showdown: Cap N' Hook gigs at Jakarta to find some Tabla for sell. It's quite hard to get Tabla of Thrashing, lol.

Oh, and I more thing. I still don't have any active player right now. All of my member not locked their contract. Maybe I'll find active people later at level 60. But, if you have budget at level 55, you can find an active player carefully.

Really Interesting Video at Youtube!

0

I've searching some nice video about Rock Legends at youtube, but I don't find something really interesting. After many-many search and video suggestion, I found interesting video about Guitar Hero. Maybe this is out of the topic from my blog, but it's really awesome old video and maybe the people have watch this to, because it got 12,980,403 views. Ben was really active uploading his video at youtube, you can find more about him there. Wow, nice Ben! Check this out!

And this is little funny video about Rocky by Remi Gaillard. I like the soundtrack (The Eye of The Tiger), old but goodies. Hahaha! Really funny, can't stop laughing!

See ya, I'm leveling my character again at Rock Legends!

Tips How to be a Boss at Rock Legends World

0

If you want to hire an active musicians, you have to prepared. This is the tips list about what to prepare:
  • Have a higher level than your hire musicians. People will trust you more with this. I think you will need an active musicians at level 55-60 or higher level.
  • Have a lot of money (see my last list to get rich). The musicians will feel safety about his/her salary. They will think you can always pay the salary and giving help for instrument or even welcome cash.
  • Need to be active. Usually people want to get his/her salary faster.
  • Have street cred (optional), you can propose the other musicians that you use bonus perks.
After that, you can go to Rock Legends group at Facebook to write about personnel needed. Or you can just write it at your Rock Legends profile. Or find an active player at hire musicians and write the offer. This is the example for it:
Need Personel, must be loyal and active...
Instrument, and WC negotiable...
Salary:
level 50++ : 65k
level 55++ : 115k
level 60k++ : 165k
please write a note at my profile if you interested.
and add me as friends... thx...
http://apps.facebook.com/rock_legends/users/show/your_rocklegends_profile_id
You can customize it if you can. Just for your information, level 50 can get salary about 50k-100k and so on. In higher level maybe you can give salary/week or salary/5 level too. You just need to negotiate with your musicians.

Beware about this:
  • People that just reach level 50 or newbie. He/she may not loyal to you (because salary or something), or won't active anymore because leveling is harder than before.
  • People that ask you so much at the first time he/she joined your band, e.g instrument, salary, need money to hire musicians, etc.
I think it's all about trust! You need to trust your member first, then they will trust you. If you get fooled, don't cry. Just leveling up, find more cash, and find another musicians that loyal to your band. Be patient is the key.

See ya, and happy Rock Legends! Rock on!

How To Get Street Cred From The Gigs

0

I'm at Newport Beach right now. As you can see here, I've got 1 free street cred just from doing gigs.

What you need to do is, 100% mastered all the local job on your town. For the easy one, go to your home town  and do all the local jobs there. When you've already mastered all the local jobs gigs, the gigs will reset but with higher cash and fame reward. You can only mastered gigs up to tier 3. After that, you need to find another local jobs gigs at another town. Do this when you've already at a high level, so you have enough energy.

After get some street cred, you can use it to get bonus perks. Two combination:
  • Band members win 0.5x your fame for 4 hours (5sc), and
  • Win 2x normal fame during battles for 4 hours (3sc)
are the most wanted bonus perks in Rock Legends game. People will search player who use this bonus perks to be their boss, even with no salary or just half salary. But it cost a lot of street cred, so you may need to buy some street cred with paypal ($).

I don't want to buy it though. It's just a game, lol! Maybe sometimes...

10 List Summary: Leveling From Zero to Fifty

1

If you read all of my post blog, you'll find that leveling are so easy. This is the list I've made for easy leveling to level 50 when you playing Rock Legends:
  1. Improve your groupies, after you create Rock Legends character.
  2. Search free instrument just from the gigs.
  3. Hire high skill, low price musicians (see his/her instrument and level to judge how good he/she is)
  4. Play gigs that will give you Black Fraction Bass, when you stuck at Seattle.
  5. After you defeated Rock Seattle's SWAT Team, keep doing gigs that will give you Skull Drum.
  6. Don't go anywhere until you've got money about $250,000 from selling the Skull Drum, then hire first musicians level 50.
  7. For leveling your character, you can use battle arena to have balanced opponent.
  8. Doing this until you've got two musicians level 50, and two musicians level 45++.
  9. After you reach level 50, find a new boss who can give you a nice instrument, salary, and if you have a low contract, you can ask if there is welcome cash.
  10. Last to be rich, keep doing gigs until you can go to Jakarta, do the gigs that will give you a Tabla and sell it. If you are drummer, you can useSolid Gold Monster Kit for doing this gigs.
If you have another fast way to leveling or to be rich, please share it ok?

See ya after I finished the last point of this summary. Haha!

Raise Up to Level 50!

0

After defeated The Fashion Police, you must defeat Johnny's band for the last time...

After that, you must defeat Lou the CEO of Seriously Bad Music. He's alone, but have large crowd boost. The damage blow from him not really hurt if you have Bassist (splash heal member) on your band.

If you need some cash, there were gigs that will give you Hand-Carved Conga (have the high price at the marketplace). See the price list:
If you are keyboardist, my advice for you is to use Antique Mbira. Jordan Keytar maybe got nice splash heal, but it's damage is very low.

Later on...

Alright, my character is level 50 now, it's hard to level up now (be patient). Have a new boss Muhammad Firdhaus, he pays me $50,000 every time I level up. New guitar: Golden Axe (my boss bought it for me), my contract price is rising again. And new band member, you need $235,000 minimum to hire level 50 musicians, but I don't have that much now. Ouch!

Now I can go to Jakarta. There still some quest gigs at New York, but it's still too hard for me. When I get stronger I will go back for my unfinished business there.

How to Lowering/Increasing the Contract?

0

I've read about it at jawajames's blog (it's really nice guide), and from Rock Legends group.
There were fact and rumor about it. But Let's try it out ok!

Increasing the Contract
  • If you have someone in your band that you don't want people to contract him/her, increase his/her contract by equipping new instrument. See my gigs post, my boss gave me Lizard Power Guitar and my contract increase up to $70,134 from just $2,000+.
  • I don't think leveling up your character will increase your contract. But It will tell Rock Legends Apps that you still active. So, your contract won't decrease for a moment. From level 28 up until now (43), my contract still $70,134.
  • Just open your contract, so everyone can contract your. Each contract deal will increase your contract value.
Decreasing the Contract
  • You need to locked your contract so everyone can't contract you.
  • Get off your instrument and equipment. Or use weaker instrument (rumor/fact?).
  • Risanto Mulyana said "DO NOT LOG IN FACEBOOK!!!" and Benjamin Senior prove it. The contract value decrease 10% each day. Dunno if you still login facebook but you play/use another apps.
  • Decrease arena point will decrease your contract too. It's just a rumor. Because when you increase your arena point, your contract not increasing too.
My tips, just locked your contract up until level 50. Keep lower your contract, so you won't have any problem to find your boss. If you want any instrument, just tell your boss that you need money for buying new instrument. Why? If you get instrument directly from your boss, your contract will increase. But if you buy your instrument yourself, your contract will not increase.

I think I will make another article about Boss, Hire, Contract, and Salary next time.
See ya! Keep on Rock'in.

Another Hard Gigs at New York!

0

My guitar doesn't work here. The Fashion Police's armor is like rock! And the bassist will heal all damage from my band. I think it's crowd war.

Sadly, I need to go back to Seattle to grinding some gigs. Skull Drum is really nice to sell. Maybe there were a lot people play as drummer in Rock Legends. I think I'll use a lot of time to find some money there. So my band will get stronger and ready for crowd war.

If your band still at Seattle or Chicago, play gigs a lot and get huge bucks so you won't have to go back a lot. Upgrade your musicians up to level 30+ for the safety.

Hey Johnny, You Lose!

0

Finally, Johnny and the Pop Punk Poseurs defeated! With just only 54 crowd meter different. But my band won. Yay!

And this is my profile and my band:

I've just bought Serious Double Neck, and hire stronger musicians.

The tips to defeated Johnny's band is: band member position. If you are lucky, Johnny will get the last/5th position during the battle. Let me list the advantage and disadvantage about the position:
  • First/1st position is an advantage for Singer and Guitarist except Bassist.
  • Middle position is an advantage for Bassist and Keyboardist exept Singer.
  • Last/5th position is a disadvantage for Guitar and Singer.
  • The Drummer can fit any position freely.
This list is apply if the opponent's band composition is Natural (Singer, Bassist, Keyboardist, Guitaris, and Drummer composition band). It's not very strict rule, many factor will influence your battle.

If you still hard to defeat Johnny's band? Is your groupies max? Or maybe it's because you have a member with high level but doesn't have appropriate gear for his/her level.

Just play Rock Legends with fun okay...
See ya at New York everyone!

Johnny and the Pop Punk Poseurs, Hard Battle no.2

0

It's so hard to defeat this band, ough! See the range of thoose crowd meter, wow! 2,000+ point. What should I do? Hmm...

I think, now is the time to grind more money and upgrade my instrument. See my latest post blog: Nice Paying gigs at Seattle? That is what I'm thinking. Sell the Skull Drum, and hire stronger musicians. But there were also nice gigs at Chicago, here it is:

List price on the market:
There, you can choose which one is the best for you. happy grinding gigs yay!

My wishlist now is Serious Double Neck! Don't buy it from the marketplace ($147,000). Rock Legends game will give you this great gear for just $85,377. You can use this gear up to level 50 later, because I think it's more powerfull than Ice cold guitar.

See ya next time...
I'll defeated this hard band!
Rock'on!

Nice Paying gigs at Seattle

0

If you have beaten Rock Seattle's SWAT Team, now you can play gigs who give you nice money for hire a high musician at Seattle.

This is what I'm talking about. See the reward bonus instrument there? You can check the market to see how much you can earn for selling this instrument.
If you are drummer, but you want to get money. I think you should use Black Faction Drumset, to get Skull Drums to earn some money.

Be patients okay...
And always improve your groupies!

Rock Seattle's SWAT Team Defeated!

0

Yeah, finally defeat the first difficult band, after grinding gigs for some money. And the reward is Electric Organ! You can just use it (if you are keyboardist, or you can change your current position to keyboardist at the profile), or just sell it at the market for $5,000.

I did defeat this team with my natural composition band:

But the different is my groupies and my equipment. I've got free Lizard Power Guitar from Naqiuddin Azizan. Maybe he wants to increase my contract ($70,134), so no one will hire me. To thank you him I've locked my contract to him.

This is it. Go to the next gigs everyone!

First Big Wall Playing Gigs at Seattle

0

It's really hard to win against Rock Seattle's SWAT Team (Seattle), with my current level band. So I think, it's time to leveling up and find some money. Go back to San Francisco, and find some nice gigs who wil give you nice instrument.

Alright, now we need to find high price instrument. This is the list instrument that we can get form San Francisco gigs (click the link to go to the Rock Legends market):
  1. Off-Brand Digital Keyboard $998
  2. Squiggly Flower Mic $999
  3. Guitar Jordan $4,300
  4. Black Fraction Bass $4,300

Now we know what gigs that will give us some nice money. You can use the money to hire new musicians or buy a new instrument. Ok, let's try it first...

later on...

Yay! I've got first item to sell at the market. Now, go to your inventory. And click sell on Black Fraction Bass (do not click the pawn link).

You can see the market now. If you want to sell fast, just lower your price. See your level item to sell them with the right price.

Don't see Recent Sales when selling item, just see Current Items. And please remember one thing. You can have one unique item in your bag, so sell it fast to get another one item from the gigs.

When you have nice instrument and stronger band, you can fight back Rock Seattle's SWAT Team, and step forward to the next gigs.
