Tips How to be a Boss at Rock Legends World

If you want to hire an active musicians, you have to prepared. This is the tips list about what to prepare:
  • Have a higher level than your hire musicians. People will trust you more with this. I think you will need an active musicians at level 55-60 or higher level.
  • Have a lot of money (see my last list to get rich). The musicians will feel safety about his/her salary. They will think you can always pay the salary and giving help for instrument or even welcome cash.
  • Need to be active. Usually people want to get his/her salary faster.
  • Have street cred (optional), you can propose the other musicians that you use bonus perks.
After that, you can go to Rock Legends group at Facebook to write about personnel needed. Or you can just write it at your Rock Legends profile. Or find an active player at hire musicians and write the offer. This is the example for it:
Need Personel, must be loyal and active...
Instrument, and WC negotiable...
Salary:
level 50++ : 65k
level 55++ : 115k
level 60k++ : 165k
please write a note at my profile if you interested.
and add me as friends... thx...

You can customize it if you can. Just for your information, level 50 can get salary about 50k-100k and so on. In higher level maybe you can give salary/week or salary/5 level too. You just need to negotiate with your musicians.

Beware about this:
  • People that just reach level 50 or newbie. He/she may not loyal to you (because salary or something), or won't active anymore because leveling is harder than before.
  • People that ask you so much at the first time he/she joined your band, e.g instrument, salary, need money to hire musicians, etc.
I think it's all about trust! You need to trust your member first, then they will trust you. If you get fooled, don't cry. Just leveling up, find more cash, and find another musicians that loyal to your band. Be patient is the key.

See ya, and happy Rock Legends! Rock on!
